When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3-7 business days processing for your order to ship out.
There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order, which will be sent to your email. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.
Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you’ll receive a full refund issued as store credit.
